Anny, our digital telephone assistant from Medflex, is now on board to support us. She helps our medical practice assistant team to structure patient enquiries, thereby improving our telephone availability and reducing processing times.
A chatbot is now also available on our website. You can use it just as easily as an email: simply enter your request in the chat window at the bottom right and send it. If necessary, Anny will ask follow-up questions. If you write in English or your native language, Anny will be able to reply in your language.
We will review your enquiry and get back to you personally.
Of course, all enquiries will continue to be carefully processed by our practice team, and you will receive a personal response from us.
